中希4月绩效PK大赛成功举办

本网讯:2016412日下午130分,中希集团4月绩效增长模式月度PK大赛正式启动。总裁郑旭夏、副总罗智金及各部门经理担当评委出席本次活动。本次大赛共有9支队伍共70余人参加,分别来自集团各部门。

本次比赛分为绩效增长模式PPT现场演讲和现场质询两个阶段。在主持人开场小游戏之后,比赛正式开始。在PPT现场演讲环节,参赛选手们个个磨拳插掌,不甘示弱,有的幽默诙谐,有的成熟稳重,有的激情昂扬……每个参赛选手依次向我们展示了各自部门绩效考核情况。之后的现场质询环节中,参赛选手和评委们之间的问答亦是十分精彩。评委们直奔主题的辛辣提问风格对参赛选手造成了不小的压力。但是,参赛选手临危不乱,处变不惊对评委们的提问一一作出解答,并且对评委所提意见虚心接受,表示今后将不断改进。



各部门参赛选手阐述各自工作内容   

最终,仓库管理部门得分81.3分,成为全场最高分获得此次比赛的第一;人事行政部得分75.8,排名第二;元件制造部得分73.6分,排名第三;材料粉末制造部得分73.5分,排名第四;市场部得分72.6分,排名第五;质量管理部得分72.5分,排名第六;财务控制部得分71.7分,排名第七;采购部得分70分,排名第八;技术研发部得分66.6分,排名第九。

       比赛结束时,总裁郑旭夏对此次活动进行了点评。他首先肯定了参赛选手的精彩表现,同时对选手们演讲中的不足之处进行了指正,强调数据的真实性和行动落实成效是关键。同时鼓励与会人员要积极发言,勇于提出问题,在此次绩效增长模式PK大赛中能够有所启发,更好的开展今后日常工作。

The news: on April 12, 2016 at pm 1:30 our group performance growth model monthly PK tournament officially launched, President xvxia Zheng, vice President zhijin Luo and each department managers was acted as the judge. The competition had nine teams seventy people which from each department of the group. 

The completion had two phases: Performance growth model PPT scene lecture and inquiry. After the games, the completion was begun. In the link of the speech, The contestants were inserting a punch. Some humorous, some mature, some passionate...Every contestants was showed us their department performance evaluation in turn. After the inquiry, the asking and questions between contestants and the judges were wonderful. The judges were caused a lot of pressure to the contestants as the sharp questions they asked. However, the contestants was ruffled and answered the questions one by one, meanwhile, they were accepting the advices and expressing developing in the future.

Finally, the warehouse management department became the highest score of 81.3.   The personnel administration department scored 75.8 points, the second. Components manufacturing department scored 73.6 points, the third. Material powder manufacturing scored 73.5 points, the fourth. Marketing department scored 72.6 points, the fifth; Quality management department scored 72.5 points, ranking sixth. Financial control department scored 71.7 points, the seventh.  Purchasing department scored 70 points, the eighth. Technology research and development department scored 66.6 points, the ninth.
