Net News: On november 28, 2015,
"performance growth pattern" phase III started, this course is
divided into two parts, the first part is the outcomes PK of each team. One
represented their own team to show their learning outcomes through the PPT , the teams captain judgeed scores.
The
second part is the third stage of "performance growth pattern "
courses--assessment and review system.For this stage, Luo divided into theory
part and actual operation part for specific explained. In theory part, Luo
focus on the difference between traditional assessment, science assessment, and
check assessment of three species way (Conference, form, and communication) and
BEST communication law (B-behavior/facts, E-negative of effect/hit heart, and
S-sought identity, and T-improved action).Luo cited a variety of practical case
to analyze. give students a deep understanding by “linking theory with practice”.
The third stage of the course also could’t without mentor and mentee interaction. And the difference from the early stages is, Mr Luo had a new idea, he broke the previous limitations of the team as a unit, through the collaboration ofthe cross-group to promoted their cohesion and learning enthusiasm.
The mentees were vigorous and enthusiastic during the whole course.And the third stage of the course ends successfully with a word of Mr Luo:”end the class!”.
