On the November 14 2015, the training camp course about performance growth model
of the Longsun Group formally started .The assistant of the president, Junfu
Luo as the tutor, System Manager Ms.Chan as the asistant, about 80 employees took part in
this training Camp .And the president of the company Xuxia Zhen attended.
Different from the past, this training camp course
is designed specifically for the operational status of Longsun’s management,
combined with lots of research materials. At the beginning of class, Mr Luo
said: "At present, more and more enterprises are implementing performance management. By asking the
consulting company, or doing it themselves, or copying other enterprises, most
of them have the concept of performance management. But it seems that many
enterprises have encountered the same problem, is the performance management
scheme cannot go on successfully, which leads to the companies spend a lot of
time and energy, but do not get any effect. It not only makes employees fear
and offensive, but also bring the boss and management departments lots of
trouble".
Mr Luo said: The emergence of these phenomena are
normal, problems are inevitable. If we knew the
source of the problems exactly, and targeted, timely and accurately combine appropriate
methods and techniques to eliminate all kinds of problems in the operation, hit
a good combination, can effectively stimulate the awareness of employees' participation.
It’s often determines the success or failure of performance management. Mr Luo
launched a wonderful speech around the topics of what is performance growth
model, what’s the essentially difference between Performance growth model and
the previous performance management, performance appraisal, how to Run
performance growth model etc.
In the second class, Mr.Luo mainly explained one of the four performance growing systems – goal setting system, and give
the employees some exercises.
At the beginning of the class,
Mr.Luo divided all participants into 13 groups .Each group has a team leader , commissary in
charge of studies and commissary in charge of discipline. With the help of the
assistant Mr. Chen all the team leaders made a vow, that they will urge the
members of their own team to learn the important part of the performance
growing system and get the excellent results.
In addition to explaining the
performance growing system, Mr. Luo also through quiz points, team interaction, games and other ways to enhance the participants’ interests greatly improving the students' enthusiasm for learning. At the end of the class, employees also expressed that they are looking forward to other major systems courses.
